I think i sprained/strained my front of ankle
do i put ice or hotness?
I think the ligament or tendons are overstretched it not severe pain but I walking funny , like as if i got a penis in my ass. i google it now , but what is the front part opposite the ankle called? |

been there, done that.
Way before, grandma called a traditional reflexologist to massage the sprained part.Then the old lady put a huge leaves (don't know what's the name but it's a medicinal leaves) with ginger and oil on it -- heated first before he slap on the sprained part. That felt relaxing. So i think, hot compress is much better than ice.
