What is the easiest way to move a word press blog to another host?

I may be moving hosts soon and I have a ton of blogs that would need to be moved. What is the easiest way to move them?

Mosts hosts would probably do that for you. Just make sure you have your own backups of databases etc as well.

Honestly I think every host that you see mentioned here on a daily basis would do it for free. Pretty standard in our community.

Although pretty much any hosting company will do it for free, you're best off finding a company with excellent client relationships because they will make sure that you're well taken care of from start to finish. We would be happy to help you move and make sure that everything is set up the way you need it. Let me know if I can help you out at all.

If you want to do it yourself, export the site using the WP feature and ftp the theme and any plugins to your local machine if you did any modifications.

Then install WP at the new location, ftp the template and plugins to the new machine, and import the site using the WP feature. Then change the template and activate the plugins

Shows you how long I have been with the one company that with all the blogs I have done for years now I never know other companies would move them for you.

And in those 300 they stayed intact without missed posts, etc? I am sure I will back them up anyway but not really something I have had to think that hard about in the past.
