I know about TEVS - I would like someone to tell me if it would be the best option with this in mind:

I was told TEVS does not do some of the above. I need clarification.

Sorry, i head that wrongly. It can use flash (flv) videos, but doesn't convert them from hosted galleries.

Try Nubiles free tube script.
