Movie Review: M. Night Shyamalan's The Happening

Pass - god that was a bad movie. Could have been so much better, was kind of slow and not scary at at all. Two thumbs down.

place it in order of his movies, these are the movies of his I've seen and how much people in general liked em:

1. 6th sense
2. Signs
3. Unbreakable
4. The Village
5. Lady in the Water

Where does it fit in this list? The village was crap, Lady in the Water was like "holy shit this is the worst movie ever" bad movie.

I've seen 6th Sense (great movie) and The Village. The Village was better than The Happening.

wow, the village sucked after the first 30 min, good thing you didn't see Lady In the water, that was a complete idiotic movie and people left the theater after 30 min it was so bad, it was like a 12 year old wrote the movie and the actors were like an amateur drama club.

I love Unbreakable. That would be at the top of my list.

I didn't even realize that M(ajorly) Worthless Shamalamadingdong made "Lady in the Water". That was just from a Netflix queue, but I still felt raped of my precious life. I walked out of "A Simple Plan", but everything he's done (other than 6th Sense) was WORSE.

I got Marky Mark stoned back in the day when "Good Vibrations" was the big hit on the charts. We had a blast, he used to act like a thug and talk like he was black. LOL

I knew he was acting too.

He's much better on the big screen then behind the scenes acting like a rapper.

I think I liked Unbreakable best of all just because I figured out the end of Sixth Sense and The Village in the first ten minutes of the movie... I hate that, makes the next 85 minutes seem like a waste of time (but I HAD to watch to be sure )

Cool story. He is quite religous straight lace family man now.

I remember him from back then. He did a show in our town and hit the local gym. My friend and I were there and lifted with him for a while. Used to sound like he is from the Boston ghetto lol.
