I am actually a Orlando fan, but I go with the team that has a little more integrity. Garnett vs Kobe. Garnett is a better person, better player, and better teamate. Kobe likes to look pretty shooting jumpers like he watched Come Fly With Me too many times on the old vcr. Hes a good actor but he will never be the real thing.

9-26, 0-3 from 3 point, and like 1 for 10 in the fourth. LOL. Hes not even better than Garnett, Gasol, or Odom. Just a gimick Jordan wanna be. Farce.

That game was pretty much handed to the Celtics and the Lakers still almost won it. Celtics won thats fine but I have never seen such a lopsided game in terms of officiating. It will balance out when the Lakers get back home. On to LA. |

the human highlight film went to hell when he left the hawks so I don't know WTF happened to him... I like clyde the glide more ;) at least he took the blazers to a bunch of championship games (THROUGH THE LAKERS)
Kobe is going to have a meltdown after losing on Sunday and will be pointing fingers at EVERYBODY but himself. OR we could find out what refs have been in charge of "fixing games"

damn right they didn't ;)
I meant the only chance the Lakers have now is if the crooked refs fix the game so the lakers can make it 7 games for the league.

A magic fan talking smack. Hey, where are the Magic? I dont see them playing LOL. Garnett is as soft as they come and what did he do with the T'wolves besides get bounced out of the first round like 6 straight season with a rather decent team? Put Kobe on those teams with Latener, Cassell, Spreewell etc...and they would have gone to at least the WCSF if not the WCF. Garnett is a LOSER who will only get a ring because hes playing with 2 multiple time all stars on his team. Lakers will be back next year with Kobe, Gasol, Bynum and full supporting cast. Celtics will be lucky to win ONE game against that team if they meet again next year. Enjoy the fun for this brief time you have it, next 3-4 years will be owned by the Lakers ![]() |

The T-wolves lineup imploded because you had a white guy that was a stand still shooter to go with a pair of nuts (spre and cassell) They had a couple runs at it with 1 going to the west finals. When the lineup blewup there was nowhere for Garnett to go. T-Wolves have had horrible management for as long as they've existed and Garnett suffered because of this. He doesn't like to be "the man" on any team. He is more of scarecrow version of Duncan. Quietly put up points and boards and let the other guys do the big time shots He's a LEADER and incredible defensive player. He's just not a really dominant offensive player. A guy like Pierce can scare at will. Garnett has to work for his shots. Gasol was an All-Star in at least 06 Odom won the bronze in 04 and will be an All-Star sooner or later Bynum will be a superstar so yeah the Lakers have a very good core. 3 superstars on the Celtics along with NOBODY else doesn't exactly mean they're really better than everybody else. Think about how bad they played when Ray Allen was struggling. I'll take a team with 4-5 borderline all-stars with a team mentality over 3 superstars + nobody else.

Can we please now stop all the "kobe is as good as mj talk"? Jordan would never have let his team blow that big of a lead at home in the finals, no fucking way.

No they wont. If Bynum is back 100% and everyone stays healthy, they win 60+ games easily. Magic will be lucky to win 50, and thats in the EAST haha

hmmm.... Kobe takes over in the second half and CLEARLY thats bad for the team When the rest of the team is taking more shots than Kobe they get off to leads... When Kobe is tossing up his bricks they lose! Jordan was a career .497 shooter in a league where every time he went to the hoop he was POUNDED Kobe is .453 in a SOFT league... where when you even bump a guy its a foul. In todays NBA Jordan would be shooting 600 and scoring 45 a game.

Thats a bold statement for a guy (Bynum) who hasnt done shit. I am sure of one thing though. The lakers will NOT win 60 next year. They wont even have the best record in the West I am sure.
