Epass and hosting provider problems

A quick heads up to everyone regarding a rogue hosting company I have been having problems with http://iicinternet.com (IRRSERV)
I had a shared hosting account with them for a couple of year but the site started to get a lot of traffic so I was advised to upgrade to a dedicated server. I paid the inital month fee of $69.95 for the server using my virtual visa card from epassporte back in Dec 2007 expecting the server to be ready withing a couple of days. days and days went past and the admins at IIcinternet kept telling me they are just finishing it off and it will be ready anytime. after 3 weeks and still no server i told them i no longer wanted the server and i was going to move my site to another host as they had taken too long to sort out the dedicated box. The guy i spoke to on the phone acknowledge my cancellation and said that they would refund the $69.95 payment and cancel the monthly billing
Needless to say the refund never appeared to my Virtual Visa and IIcinternet continued to charge my Virtual visa every month for a server that i didnt have. I emailed and phoned IIcinternet a few times and emails went unanwsered and the person on the phone kept telling me that they would refund the money withing a few days and nothing ever happened.
I therefore decided to contact epassporte and charge back the payments that IICinternet had charged me. Epass made me go through several hoops just to do this but said they couldnt stop epass from charging my card in the future. So i am at the point now where it seems that IICinternet can keep taking money off my for non existiant services and epass cant stop them doing it. I have even asked epass to cancel the virtual visa card and issue a new one 4 weeks ago which they have not done

The only thing i can do now if epass dont get off there ass and do something is to close my epass account

best thing to do is open up another account ... tho epass should really look into this problem - is unacceptable!
