Nice name. Not to jump your case or anything but I had a very hard time believing that uDate.com was sold for 250 mil. A quick search of google found this, stating that it was sold for 150 mil: http://www.wired.com/techbiz/media/news/2002/12/56940
Even at 150 mil I am blown away, good luck with the sale.
