Hi Ed, nice to meet you.

I have nothing to do with Adult now. I used to work with it before but focusing on mainstream now. I'm Jhonna and I work with Teamcreatives.com, a web design and development firm.

Just here for business as usual. Hope we could work in anyway soon..

Have a great time there in Paris.

Only go to AA if it is court ordered. I hate giving advice but trust me on this one.

Hello Ed, I wanted to say something about what I do but first I figured id tell ya that for some reason, soon as I saw your name I was reminded of this from my past.

Nick Fotio, NY Ranger (defence I beleive) prior to a Oilers game in early 80s ( father had season tickets in Edmonton for years), he tossed me a puck (in the stands) and when I "bumped" into him after the game he called me down to the Rangers dressing room to meet the guys left. Left with some sticks, pucks, autographs etc..

I was amazed how a guy from the other team was so "nice" to me, one of the enemies, it actually gave me a very funny opinion of New York. I remember thinking that all people in NY must be real nice..heh

Nick Fotio, cant fuckin beleive I remember the name.

I would have gauged how far the swim back to shore was and my chances of getting attacked by a shark or dirty needle. Then I would have realized how lucky the passengers on the Titanic were.

My little history - I helped start a network of sites called MyDesktop back in the mid 90's (when I was 14) and we eventually sold to Internet.com in the later 90's. I got some VC money from there, and started another company some months before the big internet stock crash.. We were very close to signing a national syndication deal with the people who do Dear Abby and Garfield, but because of the internet crash that was the end of the deal.. Confidence was low. I decided to give back the remaining VC money, probably unheard of I guess.

I dabbled in adult in 1996 with Click Cash and Click Bucks, but concentrated on my mainstream stuff mostly. Sometime in 2001 I had an epiphany, and realized reviewing porn sites was an easier sell, since you didn't have to sell advertising etc. So I started http://www.adultsitesurfer.com and have done pretty good with that. We have several websites now, I'll send over more information in e-mail.,

When you're back in Toronto, let's hit dinner and talk. I've been trying to make it a priority this summer to meet everyone I can from Toronto, since we've been hermit-crab-like over the years. I'll send you an e-mail now and hopefully we can make it happen.

Nice to meet you.
Thanks for taking the time. I don't know if we have met or not. One of my major downfalls other than my looks is the fact that I am the worst person when it comes to names. Someone could tell me their name and before it has a chance to go in one ear I've already forgot it. It's a lousy and embarrassing habit that makes people think I'm pretentious for not remembering their name when it's not the case.

Your history is pretty amazing and an interesting story. I most certainly would like to get together for dinner. I was actually kind of hoping to see what became of this thread and see if it would be good to get a bunch of people together to talk informally. Especially people that hate each other. That makes for good entertainment. You are certainly someone that would get an invite. Let's touch base and see if we can get together sometime in the next few weeks. Haven't gotten to my emails yet but I will. If for some reason you don't get a response by the end of the night then you can assume that it hit the spam filters and I never got it.

Jhonna, never say you have nothing to do with adult now. If the opportunity, job or price is right there is always something that can be done. It's always good to know designers and developers. Where are you based out of?

Nicky Fotiu was great! Every Ranger fan loved him. He was from New York. Staten Island but still New York. Every game he would shoot pucks into the stand after practice to fans. He was a regular guy which is why everyone loved him. Then again many hockey players are like that. That brings back memories.

For the record people from New York are dicks. I just act nice because Toronto mellowed me.

You and me my friend will be enjoying plenty more beers in the future. Your posts on here are intelligent and your taste in music is fantastic. One of these days I need to get myself up to Prague when I am in Budapest so we can shoot the shit about business, music and K5.

Again I apologize for making it seem like I bailed after you posted. At that time I'm surprised I could function at all. If someone had asked me to walk under the Arc de Triomphe I probably would have walked into the wall.

Up the Irons!
Thanks for the props.

I've just spent a couple days without checking the internet myself out to see my old mates that were running a booth on a local rockfest, full of aging overweight fans mixed with younger to be aged and to be overweight yet.

Can't say it would be bad though, most of the bands sucked and seemed to confuse intensity and speed with a stronger theme, invention and meaning, but seeing the guys who I drank tens thousands of gallons of beer and booze with during my high school and college times was kind of refreshing.

Always welcomed around here.
