great time to start focusing on romanian traffic as well.

i noticed a lot of growth in the economy over there during my tenure and pretty much everyone is online in bucharest, iasi, timsorna (or however the hell you spell it)

the only thing that will get in your way will be DC++ (5 MegaBYTE per second file sharing client) crazy fast file sharing. but from what I am told the authorities are watching downloads and uploads in the ISP offices, so again, looks like a good time to start.

Would be nice if there were any decent billing methods for that traffic too.
