Not surprising, Bush is one of the most war hungry presidents I've seen.
If he was in iran / iraq or similar other nations would have attacked in fear of terrorism etc, really surprising he can keep this game while he is taking the entire nation down the drain
Bush is the United States worst enemy

There are an endless number of people in America and Israel that want this war so
bad that they would donate the money.

People like me and you will starve to death if it happened but they don't care.

I think you guys are assuming a ground invasion to Iran. That would not be on the agenda whats so ever. The Agenda would be to obliterate any military resources they got along with the leadership and what ever Nuclear shit they are fucking with.

The whole thing would be over in a week for Iran.

I mean what are they gonna do? Send terrorists? Been ther done that, they already fund and arm terrorists. At best some good strikes would slow them down ruin the Nuke program and force new elections since the exhisting leadership would all be dead.

Technically yeah.

The whole regime change thing and securing the country and nation building in Iraq is what is taking so long.

I think America and Europe actually care about Iraq, and can give two shits about Iran having a real government. Stable Iraq means stable Oil for the world while in the long run be a balancing power in the middle east.

Why don't you shut the fuck up you lying little kid. You are 13 or 14 years old and you do not have any firends in Iran, you have never been there and you are a fuckin liar. Maybe I should call your house and tell your mother you are on a porn site. This ring a bell?

they just ignore everyone... where's the UN? Israel plays war together with the US and just don't give a fuck what the rest of the world thinks. It's fucking rediculous... might as well cancel the whole UN because since the Iraq war it's clear they don't have SHIT to say.

You have your nuke shelters installed? If its not for nukes, might as well need it for the food reserves soon when the economy collapses.

I have friends in Israel and Iran has promised to "wipe Israel off the map" so I know how you feel. Iran is pushing the whole region towards war with their saber rattling against Israel, support of Hezbollah and Hamas, and pursuit of nuclear weapons and missile delivery systems. If the people of Iran do not want war then they might want to reconsider their actions as that is the inevitable result. There is no reason for Israel to wait to be annihilated. Anyone who was in the Israeli's position would considering all options at this point.

If the Iranian people do not want war then they should pull themselves back from the brink before it is too late. Even if you believe that Israel is an evil country full of inhuman Zionists, no one can really expect them to just sit and wait to be destroyed. Obviously the people who live in Israel believe they have a right to fight for their survival regardless of how much the world may hate them.

the title of this thread alone is funny. "Bush gives okay to attack". Bush is a hand puppet of more discreet forces/men. He wouldn't know his ass from his face. He just does what he's told.

Bush gives the OK for an Israeli attack on Iran.

100% agree. But they can do it without my tax dollars and the blood of my fellow countrymen and women. they have the right to fight their wars and defend themselves and should not even ask the US what to do.

The only way for a FREE and INDEPENDENT Israel is to cut the money umbilical cord and let them do as they wish. If they fail they fail, if they make it they make it.

Good point, but as a poster said above it is Israels business and not the USA's.

DS250 - If you are naive enough to support the chickenhawks USA and Israel, you will be naive enough to believe i'm 13. . And just say, even though i'm not 13, imagine how embarrassing for you it would be to have a 13 year old earn more money than you. So you lose on both counts, stupid little bitch. It's sad that because you can't defend your position, you have to make a scapegoat as a lie to move away from the actual argument. Nice job

The UN is busy talking about doing nothing in Africa and writing a letter to the Sudanese govt telling them how upset they are about having 7 soldiers killed in Darfur.

I agree. The US has no obligation to protect Israel or their interests. I personally think Israel would be a lot better off if they did not accept US aid.

I agree, sometimes i think the USA restricts Israel in it's development and advancement, they have to ask permission to the USA for whatever they do.

Its obvious they can make it, they did it just fine when they were a country for 2 days and held off all these arab countries.

The Israelis have a better secret service and military training program than we do, those guys there are on point.

That is exactly my feeling. They would be better off to not be so effected by US political decisions. Then they could base their decision making on their own best interests as opposed to being constrained by US strategic considerations. This would also make things easier for the US as they would not be constantly burdened with the fallout from internal Israeli decisions.

US aid to Israel is a cold war relic from when Israel was an important ally against the Soviets in the region. Nowadays it serves little purpose other then to give the radical Islamists a blank check to murder people around the globe.

The Nato-led effort to subdue the Taliban suffered one of its heaviest blows since the 2001 invasion yesterday when nine US soldiers were killed and 15 other Nato troops injured in a day-long battle in a region close to the Pakistan border.

The US troops died as their base came under attack in Kunar province, eastern Afghanistan. The news puts further pressure on Pakistan, where coalition forces believe many Taliban militants are based. It was among the biggest losses for the coalition since the start of the war.

You got your facts wrong ... It wasn't Bush that gave the OK to Israel to attack, Israel gave Bush the OK to say he gave the OK to Israel.

I just noticed your location. Good man . Facism always seems to creep back into Europe. Sarkozy is a horrible dictator, how many countries will have to say "NO" to make him fuck off?

It is really amazing and depressing to watch the EU bureaucrats force feed the countries of Europe the new EU Constitution despite it being voted down many times by the population. If the EU is able to implement the Lisbon Treaty against the will of the people of the EU then it will no longer even be able to pretend to be a democratic institution. The only solution is for the individual nations to pull out of the EU before it becomes to powerful to be stopped.

You're a smart guy . It's a shame not many people are aware of this, it's a very serious issue

Sarkozy has admitted that the treaty would be rejected if the people are allowed to vote. They are no longer even keeping up the pretense of considering the will of the people with regards to the expansion of the EU bureaucracy and the destruction of the sovereignty of the EU member states.

Quote:
France was just ahead of all the other countries in voting No. It would happen in all Member States if they have a referendum. There is a cleavage between people and governments [...] A referendum now would bring Europe into danger. There will be no Treaty if we had a referendum in France, which would again be followed by a referendum in the UK [...] It would be a mistake to think that with the simplified Treaty we have sorted everything, we can sleep easy and that no other issues are pending [...] Now we have got to resolve the political issues and to broach them without fear. We have got to debate them without taboos: budgetary policy, trade policy, monetary policy, industrial policy, taxation, all policies, any policies.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy, at a meeting of senior MEPs, EUobserver, Telegraph, 14 November 2007

I really do wonder what their ultimate goal is, these people, the elites in brussels and france, i find them more disgusting than the Bush admin. Can you believe they made Switzerland vote 5 times? That's just taking the piss, and we the UK did not even get to vote! Total farce.

Blame Gordon Brown. He blocked every effort to have a referendum despite Labor promises to hold one. There is no doubt the treaty would have been voted down if voted on in the UK.

That is exactly right unfortunately.

Quote:
France, along with the rest of the EU is looking for "escape hatch". "We need a soft landing in October," said Mr Sarkozy, when there will be EU summit in Brussels to find way forward by the time of European elections on June 4.

The Irish either will be asked to vote again, in a rerun of Ireland's second referendum on the Nice Treaty in 2002 - or Ireland's people will be bypassed.

"If the perspective of a second vote in Ireland has been raised it is because it has happened before," said Mr Sarkozy.

"We need some kind of vote to get out of the situation - Parliament or referendum I don't know. But when democratic society says ‘no', you need some kind of democratic solution."

Any means necessary to get an Irish Yes, is what the French President is getting at here. There is no other answer.

But the Poles and Czechs are flies in Mr Sarkozy's ointment, with both uppity new East European countries threatening to delay or block a Treaty that requires all 27 EU member states to ratify it before it enters into force.

Mr Sarkozy made it clear he was deeply unimpressed with Polish President Lech Kaczynski's refusal to sign off a "pointless" Treaty after it had been ratified in his country's parliament.

"The Polish President has never been an easy partner to work with on building and shaping a stronger Europe," he said. "I can't imagine how the President can go against the will of the parliament. It's odd."

Mr Sarkozy warned the new member states that France would block any further EU enlargement unless Warsaw and Prague knuckle under and do what they are told.

"I will fight to ensure that EU membership does not exceed 27," he said.

The French President warned the Czechs that they would pay a price if Prague continues to grumble about ratifying the Treaty.

"Our Czech friends will have the EU Presidency on Jan 1 it is very difficult to see them blocking a solution," he said. "If the Czechs dig in their heels they will start their presidency in great isolation."

The gloves are off.
