Get strange issue with CCBill admin panel

Hi, really get strange issue.

I use the DB for storing username and passwords.
So we edit CCBill CGI password management file on our side to make it work with DB.
There were no problems with that...

but then, we noticed that Passwords are coming encrypted.
We change encryption from Standart - to None, then to Windows CGI/ASP
... still we get it encrypted.

ok, we noticed to test what will we get when we Turn User Management Off
and use Background Post Information. We get data that included plain text password.
Great.


Next, the User Management was turned back on. And something strange happened. we get UM Type set to NONE.


ccbill help says nothing:

How to change UM Type back to JPOST?


PS. Join form says:
NONE Not yet implemented
and send nothing now.

Bug report about this issue was created and sent to CCBill from internal report system.
Message about this problem was also sent to CCBill support e-mail.

still no answer from their side.
