I've used the contact form in the AFF affiliate area and sent two emails in the past month, both of which have gone unanswered. Does this form work? If not, how can I get a payment query answered?

Thanks Grouchy, but I don't have ICQ so can't contact him. It shouldn't be this hard to contact the support team of a major company like AFF.
