Search watermark master on google, that's the easiest program I've found. A lot easier than photoshop

You can watermark with just text (prety much any style) or if you have an image you can use that too. This program is really simple to use.

videocharge IS top notch! photoshop has better quality control though...

Search GFY - SmokeyTheBear posted a few lines of php code that automatically watermarks entire directories and still keeps the original un-watermarked pics on the server.

Works like a freakin' charm - thanks Smokey
