Is there anywhere I can find statistics for specific keywords that are searched for using google and yahoo?

I tried Google trends but it was no use for the keywords I was looking for.

Any ideas?

also, in your blog, change your permalinks to /%postname%

kman got it right. thats the best place. Nothing will be 100% but it will give you a good idea
