How do you you do Protected Linking
Sometimes I see links that say protected linking, so you can see the aff id, etc.
I'm trying to figure out the best way to keep referral id's and referral pages out of site. I know it must sound like a stupid question, please forgive the ignorance. My page setup is like so: one pager - header - text in middle - picture - then the one link below the picture to the sponsor. I'm trying to keep my aff id out of the link with no java as some have java disabled, as well as trying to block the referral page from showing on stats/sales. Currently I am just doing this: <HTML> <HEAD> <link rel='shortcut icon' href='favicon.ico'> <TITLE>The Join Page</TITLE> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="1; URL=http://www.sponsor.com/affcode/blah"> </HEAD> That seems to help kill the referral on sales. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated fellas. Thanks, for real ![]() |

That HTML is after the CLICK HERE at the bottom of the page.
It's like: CLICK HERE FOR MORE XXX (linking to h'ttp://dumpsite.com/join.html) and then on the dumpsite it's: <HTML> <HEAD> <link rel='shortcut icon' href='favicon.ico'> <TITLE>The Join Page</TITLE> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="1; URL=http://www.sponsor.com/affcode/blah"> </HEAD> |

Hope that clears it up, thanks again everyone and sorry for my confusion. Much appreciation. |
