WANTED: HTML Coder with some graphics skills - low end work
I'm looking for someone who can make top 10 sites, and incorporate banners into simple, but decent looking self-made designs (meaning you can work with html, have some basic graphics skills).
These are mainly mainstream web sites, so you gotta be able to do HTML for real, NOT just graphic web sites you design in Photoshop and export. You MUST be available on chat client a lot of the time I need to see some of your prior work We'll start with a couple sites at first, and then if you are good, we can talk more about a salary.
