webcam studios
I am planning to get into webcam business as some sort of webcam models agent. My plan is to grab a few girls and have them perform webcam shows for some sponsor, then I would share the money with them. It would be like a webcam studio but they would work from home.
I've seen many sponsors have a place for performers to login, that means girls could access the site and notice they could work directly for them and make more money by taking me out. So ... how do you guys (who run webcam studios) manage to avoid these situations?

I've seen this topic covered on every webcam studio operator / webcam performer forum I have found online so far... The general view is that operating as a "virtual studio" does not work because the models will almost always quickly discover that they can take their "agent" out of the picture and work direct for the cam site(s) involved, this usually takes less than a month on average according to the "pros". Hopefully it works out for you, but you have an very step uphill battle infront of you in my opinion

we have a brand new webcam site that is about to go live this month and would be willing to give you a high studio % models make 55% on our site we could do 75% depending on how many models you have

Normally (atleast when I was a model) there is a different access point that the models log into. The person running the studio decides how much access they have. So all the model sees is their time, etc...not how much the studio made or the contacts

They aren't all as dumb as you hope believe me. I highly doubt you keep very many girls and the ones you do keep most likely won't make much. They need to understand english to get shows, which means they can read and understand the signup page to cut you out of the loop. If you can find sites that only payout with check or wire transfer you might be ok as I've found alot of girls from europe don't like dealing with the banks at all.

Well I guess the same happens with a phisical studio. The fact that they work from an office instead home doesn't mean they can't manage to take out the studio from the middle.

No real way to guess at that as it depends on how hot she is and what she'll do. If she doesn't speak/understand english at all how is she supose to do a show? She has to know what the customer is asking her to do.

Try to find some sites giving a better return to studios... there's a few out there...
If you want not get bypassed by the girls as a studio, you need to do the following : - Pay your girls in cash, everyday (while most sites will pay you every 2 weeks) Yes, I know, you need a substantial bankroll... but it works like a charm for us... Girls making 100$ in 4 hours will spend it in less than 1 hour... First thing you know, they will be back the next day to make some more moula... They know that they can make fast/easy money, that they get paid on the spot... brings security... Girls getting paid every 2 weeks will not come to your studio for several days after they get paid.... They only work when they need money... Giving too much cash at once is a mistake, its the best way to lose money... "I don't need to work today, I got cash..." Forget the pay per hour bullshit... public/private is the only way to go... Forget about the schedules, camgirls are the types of girls unable to maintain a schedule... thats why they do webcams.... to be free from the scheduled life style... Offer a clean , safe environment... High quality equipment (that most girls dont have at home) = better image quality, better sales. There's no point in working for a studio, as a camgirl, if you dont get any advantages... Haw, one last thing.... do all your shit by yourself... no one here will help... Good luck...

it has been done to death, but if you think you can make it different make it last when there is so many sites out there that just hire the girls who work directly from home for themselves.
just find away to make sure the girls can't find away to cut you out and join the same site directly as a solo performer/indenpendent. Once I found out I can work for all the sames for myself without some studio account I jumped on the chance 5 years going and I love every minute of it. |

Just have your models sign a contract that they cannot work for the same site without you as middle man.. Also at itchlive we detect if a model try's to go directly while she was on a agent.. Anyway you should know that the webcam model world is a come and go business. You cannot expect to have a model working for you for years. Also there are already many agents like this this is not a new idea

Hiya million check www.adultcamstaffing.com , you can open a Studio , add your models and you can allow them ,from your administration area ,what can they view , like stats , personal infos etc etc . We detect easily if any of your models will try to open an independent account . Ohh and forgot to say all the payout will be sent to you , and is only your decision how much % you want to give to your girls .

I operate a small webcam site and we can work with you. Ifriends has a studio login, their traffic doesn't seem to be what it used to. I started out there. I can work with you and your girls hand in hand to ensure success and maximum billing for time spent. Its super time consuming and you really need smarter girls this day that NEED the $ and don't have an attitude. I find older women work out better as long as they are single.

LOL |
