I like www.statcounter.com - though I usually invisible it and read my stats from the admin side...
I've never understood why you'd want to show your stats exactly... :D

Google analytics is great for tracking the user all the way to the join page to see if he clicks that join button, true...
I always wonder if all those javascripts throughout the site would keep the site from loading if, say, their program seized up or something... :D
