They expect Gustav to be Cat 3 or 4 when it hits the shoreline... little too much drama here from the OP. Its currently at the time of this post, a CAT 4 and just about over Cuba.

It is a cat 4 with 145 mph sustained winds. gusts well into cat 5 territory but not sustained at the cat 5 level.
