If by God you mean the actual biblical God; I would make my (God's) presence known to all mankind with undeniable proof, and since I am God I would clearly explain via humans now genetic inherited knowledge the rules by which I would expect them to live by - which they could go against if they wished, free will and all.

Not sure whom I would really choose but to satisfy my own curiosity I think I would pick someone who was more infamous than famous to really see if it is nature or nurture (can one just be born evil).

I do not hold such regrets, I treat each day as a learning experience and I attempt to move one step closer to my goals each day no matter what.

If there is another planet out there with intelligent life and at least on equal or close to equal development as we are, and if so how are they doing as a species. Do they suffer the same problems or are they unified and help each other.

Desert or deserted? Well either way I would either pick someone who is of enough importance that they would launch a no holds barred search for or maybe Les Stroud for survival reasons.
If you wanted to mean stranded with no hopes of rescue and you would need to spend the rest of your life with them at first I would think my wife, yet I decline that as I would not want her in such a condition and I am fairly sure I would rather pick solitude that have to pick someone to be stuck like that for life.

I would save them until needed and knowing that I would not know what they are or whom I would ask them of. There just are no pressing questions that would do me any good in the past.

It would be my last, again who would not want a 1up. You would know it is your last and that would give you the chance to make any final arrangements and say your proper good byes to the people you want to tell.
