Hell fuck the whole front of the site is covered n stolen content, right down to the content used in the design which no users could of submitted as the site was not up yet. So where did the initial content come from?

The law should be followed from where you're doing business of course, so maybe 2257 doesn't apply to them. However content should be licensed, or dmca should be up for user submitted content I guess, but I'm no lawyer.
