Untrue. The fed does not need congress approval to do what they want. So they just went ahead and "pumps" $630 billion

I was thinking about value drop on stock exchange.On cnn it say now there is 1.3 trillion lost.And that is a lot of dollars less,and that could be cause of bigger value of dollar now.Beacuse now is much lesser amount of dollars avaible.
