no one replies to emails. why not just post them instead of being secret squirrel? if you're all secret squirrel of course people are going to email you about the position secret squirrel style. you don't even have an idea who's emailing you nor reply to them about the positions. whats the point? people aren't going to give you real names if you don't post who's looking. no one wants to get busted looking for a better job.
