L33t flash banner designer? Spam me.

We need to have a handful (10 or so to start, many more after that) of flash banners made for JamPlay.com. These will be used to promote JamPlay on other music-related sites and also fed into Google Adwords. I can provide more details on what we're looking for when you contact me. Out of raw curiosity...if any designer feels like putting an estimate on the table, what would be the guesstimated cost of a Flash banner made from provided video content and which could carry an affiliate ID? Let's use 600 x 200 as an example size.
