Cams.com & Alt.com - Worst Customer Service in Biz
WTF is going on at Cams.com and Alt.com?!?!?
Have sent both numerous emails and made a pair of phone calls to get them to pay me and fix/give me answers as to why I suddenly had a negative account balance on October 2nd for Cams.com, a day after getting a $130 signup - saw they posted on their site a couple days later that there was an error on their end that they would fix asap. Yeah - way to not fix it 21 days later guys! Also, have made about $200 from alt.com in new sales and recurring sales over past 8 months, and haven't seen a dime of it due a mysterious negative balance that popped up sometime this past spring - my balance is somehow a whopping negative $230! also, my balance never changes, despite rebills and new signups - I keep asking them why I have a negative balance and nobody responds with anything unless I call. When I called 3 weeks ago and then a week later, was told by girl on phone both times that her manager would look into it and get back to me later that day. 9 days went by with no response, then i received lame email saying that 'they were looking into it' and I would hear back from them the next day. Haven't heard anything since. Ridiculous customer service. WTF am I doing with a negative balance anyway??? Anyone else dealing with similar shit from AFF??? |
