I recruit our own girls from the local area, and colleges. It's a thankless job for the most part, and the ratio is something like 10/1. So you had better find some nice local meeting places, get a website, business cards, model releases, Xerox machine, and so forth.

Even in MI you can 'be' licensed as an agent. I think it's like $25 or something like that. Either way, I, am not an agent. I am a producer. I just recruit our own girls and cut out the middle man.
