There are two arguments you have to look at:
1. are you able to contact your traffic again ... so do you have their email addresses or do you run a community?
2. is it porn traffic or not?

1- yes + 2- yes
These users mostly do not come to the internet for the first time. They have visited many sites before. Probably you have many small fish and some nice big whales among them. The problem is, they already have accounts with many of the interesting webcam communities. So neither the revshare nor the PPS will bring you any results.
