Just steal videos from any of the other million fight tube sites on Google, and have your "users" upload them. Have a DMCA takedown request form and take down anything that gets complaints. That's standard operating procedure in the tube world.

I wrote a wordpress plugin that plays youtube videos with a custom skinned player instead of using the default youtube grey ugly player.

You can also just use the player outside of a wordpress install.

its in the wordpress codex, but if you need just the player i can send you that too, with docs how to use it outside of wordpress.
