someone explain the electoral college in SC to me. Rollover this map...

It claims McCain got 44% of the vote and 3000 less popular votes, yet he won the state. How?

ok. LOL.. NM.. now it's showing McCain as being 57% winner in that state, but I swear when I wrote it it was only 44%
