Shopping Cart Software Recommendations - GoFuckYourself.com

I am still looking for a decent shopping cart software.

I need to have something better to put my DVD's into, and be able to work in an API, including paypal. I currently have something very close (http://www.buyebooksdirect.com), but would need a copy of it modified or tailored more toward DVD.

Basically blending two concepts. It should not take a good programmer more than a day if that. I do not have time to go through 2 dozen different recommendations when I need something fairly simple.

Please fire away with you working recommendation. i.e. you have used, or are using, and have an example of something that is a good, simple, cart software with API for multiple processors.

cs-cart ( from ex-guys of X-cart) is really nice .
