The upstairs where the residence is, they can paint and redorate how they want so I would assume the mattresses would be history.

they do a lot more than just change the mattress, id say. yes.
peoples jaw would drop when they find out how much the changes cost lol Sarah Palin had a $30k tanning bed put in the governors mansion for herself.  imagine what the pres can get away with installing.
