Project Management Software

Heya Gang,

Things are getting insanely busy for us and we're not only having to add on to our staff, but we need to get better organized. I have several different employees doing different things and need to keep track of the staff, tasks, projects and more. I also need software that can allow us to collaborate as well.

Do any of you use project management software? Do you have recommendations for software?

Thanks for the input.

I used MS Project in the past, very usable if there is more things going on at the same time, although I switched back to using mainily excel and all kinds of checklists.

I love MS Project as well, but I fear it may be a bit too overkill for what I need. I will use it as a last resort but it is a great bit of software.

It may sound strange but we actually use a wiki. It works extremely well and you don't have to conform to any particular project management software.

Hugs,
Danielle
