Ivana Trump told her Italian boy toy: You're fired!

Perhaps not-so-coincidentally, Trump's announcement yesterday came just hours after photos were published of her much younger hubby - entrepreneur Rossano Rubicondi - kissing a sexy, young blonde and licking attractive brunette Sara Varone in another picture from the same party over the weekend.

Trump, who married hubby No. 4 Rubicondi in April at her ex Donald's estate in Palm Beach, said she filed a legal separation agreement three months ago, citing geography and her love of New York for the split.

"Rossano wants to live in Miami and work in Milan," Ivana Trump said in a prepared statement yesterday.

"But, I am a New Yorker and my family, friends and businesses are here."

Former husband Donald Trump said he felt badly for his ex-wife, but insisted the split would be good for Ivana.

"You can't be overly surprised by this, it's unfortunate it [the marriage] ever took place," The Donald told The Post. "The marriage was unfortunate and now it has to be unwound."

The Donald and Ivana had three children together: Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric.

Trump said the kids were as displeased with their mom's most recent choice in mates as he was.

"I was extremely skeptical [of the marriage] and when I got to know him, I was not a fan of everything I saw," The Donald said.

Ivana said she wanted to come clean and public about the split, before rumors could tell her side of the story.

"The rumors are true," Ivana Trump, 59, told the Italian daily newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore.

"I've never wanted to fool anyone. We legally separated about three months ago - long before Rossano left to appear on an Italian reality show."

Rubicondi, 35, appeared on the reality TV show "La Isola dei Famosi" - Italy's version of "Survivor" - which was shot this year in Honduras.

On the show, he was linked to Argentina showgirl Belen Rodriguez. Rubicondi was eliminated on Nov. 3.
