Any new mortgage news?
bankrate says a 30 year fixed is 5.54% now. The threads are GFY are consistently lower. Any more news on possibly going to 4.5% ?

I have heard next year ..(per my inbox from a realitor friend) Yes they are coming down. But the government is working on a program for everyone to refi with no cost they are trying to get it to pass next year.
50/50 what to do about 4.5 next year
