Less note cards cluttering my office now that I use this. However, I'm more anxious then ever before seeing the numbers next to the categories. Work alone has 190 tasks and thats not even for all projects - just a handful.

I use and OSX app called iGTD that does this and a whole lot more.

TaDaList is also a nice web based app.

Nope, might take a few to learn the syntax for custom entries but its fast and simple.
