Share your best "Pot Luck" recipies (mini meatball/sausage recipies needed)

Hey people, it's that time of year again where get togethers and pot lucks happen, so I was wondering if any of you had some great recipies you'd like to share.

2 things I'd really like to learn how to make would be for the mini meatballs in sauce or the little sausages in sauce. They're always so damn good when I do get to eat them, but I don't know how to make them, I'm a horrible cook, ha ha.

I know, I know, this isn't the Martha Stewart board, but I figure a lot of you are pros when it comes to food, so I'd come to you first

1 package of mini sausage
1 can sauce

add sausages to pan.
cook sausauge til brown.. turn over couple times to get all sides.. after they look cooked cut one a little to see if is pink inside.. If done, pour in sauce and simmer til sauce is hot.

Enjoy

Thanks spacedog, I appreciate you taking the time to reply

So it's that easy, I feel stupid, ha ha. I suppose that goes for both meatballs and sausages. I thought perhaps there's something special with the sauce. I know sometimes the sauce isn't exactly just BBQ sauce, but something else. This is coming from someone that's not a great cook. Is the sauce just something you buy from the store and throw in.

In my area there is a brand of swedish meatball mix called Tempo. They're really easy to make, taste super good, and I believe there is a recipe for a sauce on the box.

Best meatballs ever...
1 bag of mini meatballs into a crock pot
2 bottles of chili sauce (not the hot stuff, just jarred chili sauce)
1 jar of grape jelly
(I usually grab the bigger size chili sauce bottles and the same oz. size jar of jelly)
Stir it up and let the crock pot cook it all day (on low) - the longer the better

I have had the little sausages with equal parts grape jelly and mustard. It gives then the sweet and sour taste.

Just brown the sausages and while that is working then mix the jelly and mustard in a crock pot. The jelly will melt, add the sausages and snack away.

My grand kids love these!
