It's been tried in various forms (ie dollars.com) but your best bet to get under a huge umbrella like that is a big program, like PimpRoll.com in my sig, lol. Yeah I know, kinda spammy, but also true.
I'm unaware of a cj for adult type program that is actually working.

I hate fucking cj.com. Just had my main mainstream sponsor move over there from their own in-house setup. Talk about a pain in the ass just to get correct linking codes and subids etc setup.
