The smaller the niche( ie black trannies), the less traffic you'll get but the traffic you do get will be buyers.

Bigger niche, more traffic but lower ratio.

I don't think any niche is more or less profitable in and of itself. It all depends on how you focus on bringing in relavant traffic. Work hard and you will reap the rewards no matter what niche you go with.
