I have one of these I got at Trader Joe's maybe 10 years ago. They cost about $20 and they last forever. German engineering, go figure.
Only drawback is that the ground coffee accumulates in the corners so you have to dig it out with your finger/toothpick/chopstick et cetera. I recommend it. --t

I have a blade grinder now. I'm going to pickup a burr grinder for comparison. I've heard the coffee's even better.
