As a paysite owner/rep, what do you look for in an affiliate before hitting them up on ICQ and telling them your program is better than any other program?

30 sales per month minimum?

500 Hits/day minimum?

Nice Hair?

Opposable thumbs and a vertebrae?

Affiliates that don't ask me to walk them through the entire playground step by step, bog my team with custom everything requests... then deliver 1 hit.
