Notice any results? I have a lot of stomach problems, thinking about giving them a try.

I take Probiotics with a heavy dose of acidophilus.
My stomach problems are gone.

But it's more than just stomach issues.
Acidophilus is for your overall immune system.

You will be very healthy and won't be sick as much if ever, if you take them regularly.

if I was having stomach problems I would make organic sauerkraut, organic kefir, and organic yogourt part of my every day diet

I wouldn't buy the pills that is for sure

I've taken them before and after a couple of surgeries I've had. Surgeon recommended them.
