Hi Guys

There is an adult site that gets about 4 million page views monthly. Generates about $14,000 to $15000 monthly revnue. running cost $4K. Its pretty consistant for the past 20 months.

If you are to buy them, how much would you offer them ? Site is a combination of photo rating and another fun stuff. I beleive if the owners marketed properly they can make a lot more than their current revenue.

How much would you pay for a site like this ?

50-100k probably, but there are more factors to consider than just income and expenses...

10-15k a month? if you actually pay 50k for it ... ud be getting away with murder.. seriously.. the deal is .. do u have enough SEO knowledge to keep the site making that much every month?
