PUSSYCASH, why don't you go GFY!!! (DRAMA)

So here is the deal, many moons ago when you guys started the $125.00 promo (which turned into a $100.00 PPS promo) I was asked by one of your reps to change to you guys and do some up sells from my member areas. Sure why not 100 bucks pps is good money and if I would convert like I did with other webcam sponsors it could ad up nicely. (did 1:80 with a rev share sponsor)

So I changed links and pushed some valuable member area traffic to Imlive, HIGHLY targeted, very niche specific members to the same niche webcams. After a while I noticed that the ratio was not even close to what I used to do, but with 100 pps it was still good money.

Today I get an email from a rep saying the following:

"Hey D,

How are you?

I have checked your account and it seems like your users are not retaining in our system as well as the average users do.
Due to that we will have to change your account into status in to rev share and the meaning is that you will be paid according to our 20% Revshare for life program, but you will not be able to take part in any special campaign that we are running, such as the $100 per signup campaign that we have this month, or any future campaign.
We are not going to change your payout retroactively so any signup that you have generated in the current campaign will be paid in full, but starting this Tuesday the 28th, your account will be changed into status "non campaign" and you will be paid according to the Revshare program which is also an excellent method, especially through member area promotion.

Please let me know if I can help you in any way.

Thanks

Diana"

So I go into my stats and see I do 1: 282 with them (which for member area traffic especially as targeted as mine is not the best). So my ratios seem to be up to standard.

Here it is, so you get no retention, is that me? or is it the site? Maybe the cam hosts?
You pay me for traffic, not to make members retain that is YOUR job.

Don't offer a "no-restriction" PPS if you are going to fuck me or my traffic. And how does it make ANY sense, you are telling me you get no retention but are now going to give me 20% of the retention that you claim you don't have.

If you can't pay the PPS then don't have promos like this, simple as that.

Pussycash GFY!

Sebastian

You know, they pay me for traffic, if they can not retain their members then they need to focus on that.

Not getting the point do ya?

Sure companies need to cover their PPS, however a GOOD PPS program will do this across the board, not per affiliate, they need to make a certain amount across the board per member in order to be able to do PPS.

We all know that a lot of programs cover the PPS cost through cross sells up sells etc and that is fine. But when you come and ask me for my member area traffic and then fuck me for it later then I will call you out, simple as that.

I got the same exact mail, but after 3 joins LOL, apprently they could tell me that my 3 joins didn't retain well enough so they cut me off the PPS, I think that sucks because I really wanted to push more traffic to them.

programs offering pps that high, will have strict rules for sure, which they will only inform you about, after you add the links and send the traffic.

Sounds like a simple bait and switch.

Get all hyped up on forums by offering $100 PPS, then just cut the payouts to revshare and hope the suckers still keep sending you traffic.

The campaign applies to all current and new affiliates.
The vast majority of the affiliates enjoy the campaign with no limit.
However , in extreme cases when the user value of the signups brought by affiliates is very very low and
Way below average, we can no longer let those affiliates enjoy this campaign. We always let our
affiliate know that they are not allowed to participate upfront and pay them for the traffic they already sent.

He referred a member to you, making sure he is webcam targeted and have credit card. He also had him join your site and pay.

Now, How on earth he can control what that member spends? Don't you think its all about content?

Bullshit, you pay me for traffic that converts. A member needs to buy in for a minimum with ImLive, this is considered a qualified sign up and I made my PPS, correct?

If this member does not re-buy any more time or tokens or whatever it is you're doing. Then I am at fault and you're going to cut me out of the "promo".

There is NO way in your stats where I can see what is happening, I can not see the people that do a free sign up, all I can see is if I made a qualified sale or not.
I know people sign up for free and it would be nice if I could see these stats as well, because now an affiliate can see his ratio from free to qualified as well.

Either way, I have seen the same issue happening to many more of your affiliates and posts have been made about it on numerous boards. Don't come on here trying to blame me.

YOU came to me wanting my traffic and I did my part, YOU however fail to do your part and are now trying to screw me for it. Hit me up and show me everything then. Show me all the stats I can not see (but you can). And let's se how many times people re bought, how many chargebacks etc.. the whole deal. I dare you.

I am a man and will admit when I am wrong, but until you prove me that my highly targeted member area traffic that you begged for is "shit" I will call you a scammer.

the ball is now in your court, I am sick of programs that have a holier then thou attitude and think they can fuck anyone.

things like this should be transparent. If promos have a certain conversion ratio required or something, that needs to be stated up front.

.. not in "extreme cases" that is normal for a website who don't offer True uncensored free chat rooms, the new members buy 1-2-3 time and after go to a big webcam site who offer free chat rooms 100% before pvt.

You will never retain a member like livejasmin.com for example because you don't offer nothing free.

Is the same thing when we talk about PPS from imlive/PCash as was for the last 3 years.
PPS = Pay per Sale / pay per signup ...first sale on your website made by a new reffered member.the order can be 100$ or 25$ if you say 100$/PPS then you have to pay 100$.

How a webmaster can to see how more spend a member on your website on PPS?!
day by day you are more smallest in the cam business with your strategies.

As we all can to see, you think your affiliates are your slaves, if they send rich members are your men,, if they send usual members you change them on revshare or close their accounts.

Don't think you are a big player in this industry and you can to play with all webmaster's eggs as you want.. as you can see ..a lot of competitors wait for every mistake to enter in this saturated market.

Go with a trustworthy sponsor w/ a good track record for paying out, preferably at least 10 years.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me, any PPS program will move you to revshare if you're traffic isn't retaining. You expect them to lose money off you?

It's common sense to anyone that has been in this business for a while. It's not like they said they weren't going to pay him the PPS he was owed, they simply said his retention wasn't high enough so he was being switched to revshare.

Will be stay clear away from pcash... good to know - why waste time sending traffic when they intend to "switch" you to 20% revshare anyways... talk about false hope....

Am I missing something?
It seems they write "we will pay you in full BUT you cannot continue"
Seems like a honest thing to do, it might suck if you will earn less on rev share or going to someone else but I am pretty sure neither of you run your business for charity.
I would have said thanks for the heads up and moved on

isnt that the promo?

isnt that how promos work?

all in hopes of your ROI overcoming... legitimately?

or is a promo to get a good thought in someones head to use your service... then when you think they arent looking clear enough they switch it out? to an involuntary, not so good sounding, "non-campaign" method?

You're missing that it's currently illegal in the US to bait and switch, and in general poor ethics to change the deal, unilaterally, and in the dark.

This is not the first time I have heard this about this program. Glad people start threads here to help us know who to sign up for and who to stay away from.

They aren't in the US, they run everything out of Israel. I heard that they don't want people to know this, I can care less where someone is as long as they don't mess with me.

If you're looking for a good cam sponsor, check out Money Tree.
$50 per free cam sign up till end of June (or $1 dollar sign up? but I think it's free CC join) and a few niches or landing pages to chose.

Not really much promo tools, but for members area traffic, you may not need that many.

They are really a good sponsor, one of the very first live-cam sponsors in fact (next to Ifriends). Honest recommendation, should convert better for you.
