how do i increase traffic to my blogs.
Am i best buying traffic? if so who should i opt for. Should i trade links with blog directories (i feel this sucks).

How old are your blogs? What are the domains? Trade links with some directories, yes, and get good back links with other blogs. You're going to need keyword rich hand-written blog posts (that target the best keywords, mind you) and you're going to have to keep at it for a few months. Check out ACW to help you with this last part.
