Techie Media is awesome I have been with them for over 8 years now, and before that when they owned the largest freehosts on the internet I used them as well.

I cant say anything about yellowfiber as I have never done any business nor heard comments from anyone on them.

As for Techie Media I know I put in a trouble ticket any time of the day and its answered in minutes. They have a very large tech staff, and the owners ROCK.

There are literally thousands of Techie Media customers and I never see a bad thing posted about them.

Hit them up they are the best!

There is no question that Techiemedia has some of the absolute best support in the biz. I have been with them for several years after trying several other hosts and all I can say is there is nothing close to Techies support.

With Techie Media's 20 + techs on staff so you get around the clock support at a moments notice and their very competitive prices, you would be doing yourself injustice for going anywhere else.

You should at least hit them up and see what kind of a deal they can offer you! I know they always have a good deal going on.

Oh, well you should try them now, since they weren't good yet when you tried them.

I have nothing but good things to say about Techie Media, except don't get on the phone with Jim unless you have nothing else planned for that day.

All I can say is www.techiemedia.com has some of the best support you can get. They are not a 1 man army, they have an awesome team of highly skilled techs and also customer support. I am serious about my business and would nevr think about moving it from techiemedia.

400% more money for techiemedia. And I see only one different maybe..the support? I host my network for years on techiemedia and I'm always lucky with them... but for 400% I'll think about to change ...

Maybe you are on old school pricing? Have you talked to Jim over there? He will give you some very serious/competitive prices. If I would never leave a place that I was very happy with just for money without first talking to them. Techiemedia rocks !!

There are many differences such as bandwidth quality, but support is by far a VERY important aspect when choosing a host and you will not find any better than at techiemedia. If you have been there 4 years maybe you simply need to hit them up and ask for some better pricing then the old pricing you might have? But one thing for sure is that there would be no rational reason in the world to ever leave them.

Mate, like so many people have already posted, you really need to talk to jim at Techiemedia. It sounds like you just are on some old school pricing and that can always be worked out. The Quality of the hosting you get with Techie is what's important, and since you have been with them 4 years you know that their support is phoenominal and cannot be matched by anyone, and I bet your sites have Never been down? !! I have been there for many years and not one minute of downtime ever. There really is no other host for me and I take hosting damm serious as that is the backbone to any sucessful online business.

Yellowfiber is excellent. The service and hosting is excellent. The tech guys there are extremely knowlegeable. The security and pricing is very good.

I personally know a few big mgp and tgp webmaster that are moving there. I am in the process of moving the rest of my network there as well and I know Playboy has some sites there as well.

Nothing but Love for the folks at TechieMedia. Jim, Wayne,Vladim, Irene, and the rest of them are by far an excellent team. I know jim can work out some decent numb ers for you and well the support speaks for itself as a ton of people already mentioned. I would never trust someone just because their prices were simply the cheapest, .....a few dollars per meg is nothing to risk your business on if you ak me. Quality and a proven Awesome reputation is most important. to the Techie Team

You can not go wrong with techiemedia. Do let them know your interested and see what kind of prices they can do for you. Their support kills the competition though and they have never nickle and dimed me for anything. Hell the techs have not even blinked at the most odd requests I could throw at them. I would have a very difficult time trusting my business with anyone else.

Few times i dealt with people that used yellowfiber, i had the feeling it's run by 1 man and maybe 1 or 2 techs that know how to setup basic things, and often there were waiting times in responses untill the person was online.. Certainly didn't feel like 24/7 support, more like 8 hours a day support. Not something i'd recommend.

Techiemedia wins in this battle.

I'm not a personal friend of Spudstr and aside from knowing that his name is Zak couldn't really tell you anything about him personally.

What I can tell you is that I'm on a smoking box with kick-ass bandwidth and couldn't be happier. I submit tickets all hours of the day/night and they get handled promptly and as far as his CMS, it's one of the better ones that I've ever had to use.

OK here is another vote for TechieMedia I am partial to the finer things in life so maybe thats why I Love the gang at Techie so much. These are some old school guys that really know there shit when it comes to the hosting biz. A Long history for excellent service and fair pricing, but the main thing is that I NEVER need to think about my hosting so I can just alwaus focus on making my biz grow. One of the best in the biz is www.techiemedia.com hands down.
