Just called Paypal and video taped the call and told them i was recording it and the first person i spoke to said yes they do adult now and had change there policy a couple months ago and i asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor put me on hold for about 20 min and then came back on the phone saying no they dont due to the tos. basically the guy just read what it said on the site. I asked him why i was lied to and why someone knowing my site was adult would set it up for me and tell me it was ok and he had no answer. He told me to contact the SUP department of paypal so i did and they are suppose to call me back.

interesting that you followed up on it and got the same line, I have experienced similar with other companies, when you just know in the back of your mind that what the guy telling you isn't correct yet they insist.... good that you recorded it too, but I guess the moral of the story is that what is printed out on an actual TOS is what a person should follow vs something verbal over the phone
