Some business advice!
I really shouldn't be one giving advice. But someone icq'ed this to me so I thought I'd pass it along.
"Before you register a domain that you plan to invest a lot of money in and make huge you should probably research and see if it is violating a Trademark" Sounds like good advice. What do you guys think? |

One could argue that facebook, or playboy could have been considered generic when they first started.
youtube sounds generic, but I assure you you'll get some legal issues

The maker of the cereal "Wheaties" sued them to force them to change their name. You never know when a big company will get a bug up it's ass or bad advice from lawyers on the payroll who could care less about their image and decide to sue someone. Obviously, don't go making a fruit juice called PepsiJuice but you never know what a big company will do or waste it's resources on.
