Actually if the read the article it is pretty outrageous. They took her order, collected her money, and then refused to give her a refund when they discovered they did not have any McNuggets. Welll they should not have taken her money, but you do not call 911. That is not an emergency. That is why police departments have non emergency numbers that you can call. An officer would have still came out.

alot of places now 911 has replaced the local police phone numbers. i called the cops a couple months ago to report a lost dog that was wandering around my neighborhood and instead of going to the local dispatch desk like the number had for years, i was forwarded straight to 911.

Actually all she had to do was call the police 1 time. Lodge the complaint on 911, give the cashiers name and try and get that person to say that they would not refund and that they had no nuggets. That gets recorded on 911. Tell them to please send an officer for a report. Get the managers name and cashiers name file the report, and hire an attorney.
