Hosting for Streaming Video
Ok here is what I am having trouble with I want to host basically 2 minute clips on my low traffic blog sites I don?t want the videos to buffer when people watch them. People tell me I need to host them on a streaming video server, but I don?t want or need a whole server to myself any ideas recommendations?

It will buffer if the people have a slow connection to the place you are hosting the videos and/or the file size is too large.
You don't need a "streaming video server" to solve buffering issues.
