oh when did Rocket Themes start doing themes phbBB???
Anyway, I've been writing Rocket Themes to work on Wordpress themes or convert their current themes over. They are still holding out. http://www.rockettheme.com/ Anyway, that is a tight theme and would make a great premium wordpress theme.

Converting the theme is easy, I would only convert a theme I would actually use.
